
Jerry Daniel
Jerry Daniel lives and works in Sanger, Texas. He received a B.F.A. degree from Texas Tech University, and a M.F.A. in sculpture from New Mexico Highlands University. He taught art and served as Chairman of the Art Department at Louisana College before moving to Texas to open an advertising company and later teach art and sculpture at Arts Magnet High School in Dallas. In 1986 he stopped teaching to devote full time to his art.
Mr. Daniel’s work has been exhibited in the United States and Europe. He recently completed a commission for the Gustav Wolf Art Museum in Germany. His sculpture was also exhibited in Vienna, Austria in the Art in Embassies Program through the U.S. State Department. He served as President of the Texas Sculpture Association for two terms and is a member of the International Sculpture Center.
