Home 2401 

Home 2401 presents a sophisticated interpretation of contemporary living, designed by The Staged Collective. The home emphasizes balance and restraint, pairing tailored furnishings with clean lines and subtle textures that allow the architecture and views to take center stage. 

The Staged Collective’s approach creates a residence that feels intentional and composed, while remaining warm and livable. The design highlights the flexibility of the floor plan and demonstrates how elevated interiors can adapt seamlessly to both everyday living and entertaining.  

The art in this model home was created by Steve Lawrence. Artist Steve Lawrence was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. A self-taught artist with a classical education, Steve–who studied art history in Rome and photography and gross anatomy in college-gravitated naturally to art production. 

Steve’s art has been featured in magazines and newspapers throughout Texas – he has participated in events benefiting the M.A.C. / Kitchen Dog Theatre, Bryan’s House, The Dallas Museum of Art and DIFFA. 

Home 2402

Home 2402 reflects a modern yet timeless approach to high-rise living. Designed by Dunbar Road Design, the home balances clean architectural lines with warmth and livability. The furnishings and finishes were selected to enhance the residence’s scale and light, while still feeling intimate and approachable. 

This model demonstrates how thoughtful interior design can soften a contemporary space without compromising sophistication. Every detail—from furniture placement to material selection—was curated to highlight both the residence itself and the expansive views beyond its windows. 

Home 2201

The residence is further distinguished by artwork provided by Samuel Lynne Galleries, a premier art destination in Dallas. Founded in 2008, the gallery represents the realization of a shared vision by artist JD Miller and entrepreneur Philip Romano. 

Samuel Lynne Galleries is a state-of-the-art, award-winning local gallery known for representing a highly selective group of artists, each bringing a distinct vision and message to the contemporary art world.
