The Dallas Arts District is, it’s truly an incredible place. The beautiful architectural pieces that you find are just so inspiring. What they symbolize in terms of their presence and character, in terms of their timeless quality, I think it’s the most exquisite execution of architecture you can find.

The look and the feel of everything within that environment is what I’m thinking about as I’m trying to put a pencil to paper. We approached the project very much from the perspective of the resident who’s actually gonna live here. The residence is a very private, personal thing, and so we wanted the architecture to evoke that same sort of personality and presence.

From the moment you walk up to the front door, you feel special. You feel like it’s a place that is about exclusivity. You’re amongst these beautiful architectural icons designed by the Pritzker Prize architects. I think it’s an incredible opportunity to say you live here and to actually have this amazing place that you will feel is your own.
