I’ve watched the Arts District develop and the great care and energy that’s gone into each of these fantastic Pritzker Prize winning buildings and I’ve consulted and worked on every building in the Arts District.

We’re especially excited to be working on the HALL Arts Project. I got to know Craig Hall and think he’s just a visionary and he will create, I think, one of the most exciting spaces here in Dallas.

First of all, when you walk into our lobby, you’re looking directly at the Wyly Theatre and the beautiful façade, so you’re aware that you are in the center of the Arts District, but you’re also at the entry to your home. The living spaces are going to integreate beautiful plaster work that we call Marmorino plaster with gorgeous stones, graymarbles, wide plank wood, gorgeous paint finishes and marble bathrooms to form just this beautiful balance, this collage of materials.

Not one thing has been overlooked. Every detail is very, very important. I think it’s the most exciting place to live because you imagine having all the excitement of the performances and the concerts and everything surrounding you, and yet being able to go up to a beautiful, serene space overlooking all of Dallas.
