What is the Masterpiece Collection? A Look at HALL Arts Residences’ Most Signature Homes
Not every floor in a residential tower is built the same way. Somewhere between the homes near the base and the penthouses at the top, there is often a tier that earns its own name — not because it is the largest or the highest, but because it does something the rest of the building does not. In the Dallas Arts District, that tier is called the Masterpiece Collection.
THE MASTERPIECE COLLECTION: DESIGNED DIFFERENTLY
The Masterpiece Collection occupies floors 20 through 25 of a 28-story tower, positioned above the building’s standard residences and just below its two named penthouses — the Gallery and Sky Terrace (coming soon). What sets these homes apart begins beneath the surface: a raised flooring system built into every residence gives owners exceptional flexibility to reconfigure layouts, accommodate new wiring, and adapt their home as technology and lifestyles evolve. Few residential towers build this level of flexibility directly into the design.
DESIGNED AROUND THE WAY YOU LIVE
Residences in the Masterpiece Collection range from roughly 2,918 to 4,597 square feet, each paired with a private terrace of about 273 square feet. Layouts run from two-bedroom homes with a library to three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath residences with more traditional entertaining space. Residence 07A, for example, is a 3,838-square-foot, three-bedroom home; Residence 07C offers the same footprint with a library in place of a third bedroom. Residences 06B and 06C, at 3,677 square feet, are mirrored three-bedroom layouts on opposite ends of the floor. That range of floor plans allows each residence to reflect the way its owner lives—whether creating space for entertaining, a private library or home office, or simply the flexibility to make the home distinctly their own.
THE DETAILS OF EXCEPTIONAL DESIGN
Interiors throughout HALL Arts Residences were designed by Emily Summers, and the Masterpiece Collection carries the same material language: Bulthaup kitchen systems available in several finishes, Gaggenau appliances, and Dornbracht fixtures, set against French oak flooring and Caesarstone quartz surfaces. The palette is intentionally neutral — a foundation meant to be personalized rather than a finished statement in itself, which is part of why the raised floor and open finish plan matter as much as the fixtures do.
ABOVE THE DALLAS ARTS DISTRICT
From the 20th floor and above, expansive views stretch across the Dallas skyline and the Arts District below. The Dallas Museum of Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Winspear Opera House are all just steps away, placing some of the city’s most celebrated cultural destinations within view – and within easy reach.
DESIGNED FOR WELL-BEING
HALL Arts Residences is Texas’ first multifamily high-rise to achieve both LEED Gold and WELL Gold certification. From advanced air filtration and water quality to circadian lighting, wellness was considered from the inside out—integrated into the building itself as thoughtfully as its architecture and finishes.
A NARROWING WINDOW
The Masterpiece Collection has only six homes available at HALL Arts Residences, alongside the Gallery, available now, and the Sky Terrace, coming soon, above it. That is a small and shrinking set of floor plans in a building that will not add more of them.
